A fantastic weekend....

. I went out to a great lunch with my parents today, and the Chiefs beat the Chargers 30-16.


My girlfriends parents are in town right now but that's awesome because they are extremely nice people, who like to take us out to awesome dinners a lot.


Well the weekend is capped off, and everything happened this weekend the way I wanted it
Oh, and p.s. my girlfriend is getting a jeep grand cherokee because she likes to copy off of me.

Parent's Weekend

Parent's weekend has been really fun so far. Last night we got to go to dinner at the Capital Grille which is probably one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. I got the filet oscar which was awesome, and everyone else got Filets too. I say a thumbs up to Capital Grille


The Mustangs lost again yesterday, but it was pretty ridiculous this time. They were up by 21 points, but ended up giving up the lead to the UTEP miners.

Ok, well I'm goin to go get brunch with my parents. See ya later.

WTF MATE

I don't get it. I was out shopping with my parents yesterday because they just got into town, and I was with my girlfriend. My aunt was with us and she actually had to go pick up her husband (my uncle) in an hour, so we had to make things pretty short and jiffy. Anyway, as they are about to leave they ask me, "Connor, do you want to go to dinner with us, or do you want to just go back to SMU, because if you ate dinner with us, you would have to stay in Ft. Worth all night". Now I thought that this was a basic, go eat with Stef's parents and we will see you tomorrow, but I guess not. I called them this morning to come have lunch with me and they said no, because I didn't eat dinner with them last night, that they wouldn't eat lunch with me today.

I think they just look for reasons to get pissed off at me.

Psyc Test

Well we got our grades back for the psych test and the average was a.....65%.

That is a pretty good average, huh?

I personally received an exact 65% so I guess that means that I am right at the average.

I can't believe that this guy is going to be making these tests this hard all year long. I really don't even know how to study for these kind of tests.

Football Game

I'm really hoping that the football team does better this week than they have all season so far.



The pass defense has been sucking it up considering that they have given up 601 yards of passing in one game. That's pretty pathetic.


My parents are coming in town so I hope that they have somewhat of a decent game to watch.


Daily Update with the Chiefs:
Playing at San Diego this weekend, which should be a pretty good game. The Chargers were an excellent team last year but they are certainley sucking ass this year with the firing of Marty Schottenheimer. Yeah good call Chargers, you dumbasses.

Beerfest

I just saw the movie "Beerfest" for the first time. I have to admit that when I first looked at the previews for the movie, I thought that there was absolutely no way that this movie could be any good, but indeed it was. I thought that the guys who played the German team were pretty fuckin' hilarious.



I also liked the movie Super troopers, but I thought that Club Dread sucked pretty bad. Oh well. I will probably go see another one of their movies again if they make one.

What is goin on?

Ok, I'm starting to get really fucking pissed because I have made about four blog entries with youtube.com videos and they won't load on my blog. Everytime that I say post to my blog on youtube it says that it will load on my blog shortly, but then never comes. If anyone knows what I should do about this then please tell me because it is getting very fucking annoying.

On a happy note though, my parents are coming tomorrow so atleast that makes things a little better.

Spanish Class

Right now I'm in Spanish class but I should probably be paying attention instead of going on Bethany's lab top. But I really don't care, because I have gotten an A on all of the tests. I guess all I have to say is.....

King Pin

Right now I am watching the movie King Pin and trying to studying for a test at the same time, and it is pretty fucking hard considering how goofy this movie is. I don't know how I can take this movie seriously, or this test for that matter. Oh well, fuck personality psych huh? it's just my major.

oh well.

on a brighter note, my parents are coming in on Friday and I'm stoked about that.

It's Chiefs season again, which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I wish that Texas has some other fuckin' seasons except for super hot and somewhat cold. Oh well, we beat the Vikings today which was bad ass, and from what I hear, a stealth bomber flew over the stadium before the game started today. I usually go to every single Chiefs home game, but for obvious reasons I can't anymore now that I am in college. The last time I saw a stealth bomber fly over though, was before the Chiefs vs. Packers game in '97.

SMU Campin 2k7

Well this weekend my girlfriend decided to make an adventure to Ardmore, Oklahoma. It was a really good time but right now I am in extreme pain due to the fact that I look like a lobster.

It was definetly a fun trip but my good friend, CJ, thought that there might be alligators in the lake, so he tried not to get in for a while. But after a few minutes of convincing, I got CJ to come in the lake with us and the rest of our friends. We all decided to go a place called "Two Frogs" which may have been the most po-dunk hick experience I have ever witnessed.

Anyway, I drove back today with her and it took about 2 hours but it wasn't too bad. Right now I am contemplating wether to watch the patriots whoop the charger's ass or study for a spanish test.

This whole blogging thing really frustrates me, considering it just took me about 20 minutes to figure out/remember what my account name and password was. I don't know why but it seems that blogging just doesn't work too well with me.

Anyway, my weekend was pretty awesome considering it felt like a won an all inclusive trip to a resort on the lake. But basically all I did this weekend was get trashed and go out on a jet ski. It doesn't sound very safe does it? but shit happens.

I got back last night about one in the morning and decided not to attend some of my classes today because, frankly, I didn't give a shit and I'm still in labor day mode.

I did watch Dane Cook however, and that shit was funny.
